Overview

The Cinela COSI is a small-sized windshield that was meticulously designed to combine the concepts of suspension and wind protection, in one unit.

The microphone is simply inserted into a “holder,” which is easily mounted and secured at the back of the cage.

The COSI is exceptionally simple, efficient and easy to use, and can be adapted to use in a wide variety of ways. Moreover, its high level of isolation makes the COSI easy to manipulate with minimal to no handling noise.

The COSI comes in two different materials: fabric or fur finish.

CAGE AND HOLDER SIZES

XS – 13cm for microphones up to 75mm

S   – 15cm for microphones up to 90mm

M  – 18cm for microphones up to 120mm

L   – 21cm for microphones up to 150 mm

XL – 24cm for microphones up to 180mm

TOTALLY MODULAR

A cable can easily be removed from a holder and the swivel, then exchanged with another.

With 5 cage lengths and 7 holders of different diameters, this is what makes the COSI even more appealing. This means that the COSI is totally modular, with the cables and holders being removable and interchangeable.

SW-UL-C SWIVEL MOUNTING

The SW-UL-C swivel base can be rotated, or even pulled out, to select a particular position for the XLR or a plug-in transmitter.

CAMERA ADAPTATION

The COSI is the ideal size to mount directly onto your camera. The cables that come with any COSI “boom” version, usually fit directly onto a camera whose XLRs are located near the Hot/Cold Shoe accessory. The CAM-ADAPT accessory is interchangeable with the SW-UL-C swivel.
